rode one for 3hrs last Monday. Started off lit outta my mind then the wind dropped. Perfect sesh to really try it out. I was on the 10M.


Amazing kite! Rides a lot like the 10M Royal Era only much better made. Also has more high end. Jumps as well if not better. Same low end. Same turning speed (fast). Much like a 'C' kite but will way more depower.


Great kite for advanced riders but def not for beginners or intermediates. Too fast for newbee's and will punish you if you aren't on your game.

Again, very similar to the 10M Royal Era which i own and love. If you like that style kite then the 2010 Nemi would be a good choice.

PS graphics look killer. The flying penis is almost not noticeable. And otherwise the graphics are great in my opinion and i wouldn't ride BEST in the past because i always hated the graphics.

Well I just had a two hour sesh in relatively light winds for a 10 meter kite.I weigh approx 180 lbs and my board is a 138*41 Underground Flx.So yeah the wind was ranging from 13 -18 mph,,normally I would be on a larger kite however I really wanted to try out my new NXG,,,,.First off it looks really well built and comes with a nice big bag which is a snap for ease of use,So once the kite is laid out a couple of my buddys are checking it out and saying much cooler graphics,how well it's built,really thin leading edge due to Cuben Fiber,Looks nice in white?black tips etc.Sort of normal complimentary stuff you hear when a hyped up kite shows up for the first time.Anyway on to the important stuff,,how does it perform.Well once in the air(A-B setting rear lines)btw.Noticeably more bottom end than other kites I've flown and no bs I was more powered than guys on 12 meter Liquid Force havocs and Caution,Air Rush, kites.Those are decent kites in my opinion.Seriously was boosting pretty damn good and way better than I expected in relatively light winds.Fast direct feel to the kite and managed to throw some fairly decent unhooked stuff as well as powered up tantrums,The Kite really behaves well un hooked but I did find it needed to be depowered on the sheeting strap first to slacken rear lines a bit other wise it back stalled when trying to hook back in creating an unresponsive kite that was over sheeted,Perhaps because the wind was sketchy.Minor annoyance to depower before unhooking but we'll see how that plays out in better quality wind and fine tuning kite.(Could be pilot error)What would I compare it to??It felt similar(but better) an 07 Yarga.I'll explain.It has C-kite charecteristics for looping,unhooking,but better because it Jumps waaaay higher and hangtime is considerably more,Again no BS,More solid feel and surge of power for loading up that edge,Caught me by surprise about 4-5 times where I was like Holy smoke I need to pay attention REALLY.So I wouldn't be surprised if it were Kite of the year and in huge demand because it is as advertised.A KIck Ass kite that'll out perform in nearly every category unless you put it against say a wave kite like the KAhoona or a Fuel for strict C-kite handle pass lag at the bar feel if that makes sense.But yeah it would be excellent in the waves and excellent at unhooked ,loopy c kite stuff just no single kite can dominate in all categories,,The NXG comes close.... and where we ride it's sometimes flat and some times decent surf so you need a kite that will handle everything well .THE NXG more than delivers on its advertisements.Lot's of fun and apparently has a huge range.I can say this much the bottom end is an A+.Nice ,nice kite guys and girls call Daryl and get yourself one or two of these if your lucky enuff to need a couple of 2010 kites,It is hands down a HUGE winner.You will love it
