just bought a shock wave 9meter i would some info' from some one who ownes one or has flown one .the front line attachment point. has a pig tail, with two knots one on the end and one about 2 inches up from the end.can some one tell me what knot to use on new kite thanx

you may want to try both knots 1st and 2nd knot see which one makes the kite fly better

Just bought a shockwave 12m this weekend and flew it on sunday for the first time. Wind was all over the place, 10 then 20 then 8, etc...I just put the front lines on the 2nd knot, which is like an inch in on the pigtail. Flew it as is and had no problems. Flew great, except when the wind was dying out to nothing, but then that's expected. Everyone else was coming in at that point also....weird day. Haven't really experimented much with the knots. I would assume the first knot is for lower wind days and the 2nd for windier days. Probably not gonna feel that much diff...IMHO. Loved the kite btw....

Thanx for info, I looked up naish shockwave bar details and found the info needed at kiteforum.be .The shockwave is designed to use the higher knot on the front line connectors, so you put them on the right knot.
