I have a Cabrinha Access 12m and an RRD Type Z(?) 16m.

I want to ride on winds for a 21m kite as well.

If I had to pick 2 Waroos, what sizes would you pick? 9m and 16m? or 12m and 16m?

Spot for riding is Revere-MA and Cape Cod-MA.

Definitely the 16m Waroo if you want to kite in the super light stuff. With the right size board, you could probably easily step down to the 9m Waroo after that(if you have a medium to big board you don't mind riding). If you don't, and always like to ride a smaller board, go with the 12m Waroo. If you really want to be safe and cover all the wind ranges, get the 16, 12, and 9. Those 3 together would still probably cost you less than 2 of any of the other bow kites out there.
