Hey guys,
Since I'm back I want to share all the new stuff thats around the shop. Theres quite a bit of new gear thats definitely worth checking out. I'll be posting up pics along with some info on the gear.

Here are some of the new boards that are worth a look-
Image
Image
From Left to Right: Criminal "Jester" 132x41cm, Aboards Z-series 130x39.5cm, Spleene Rip High-Tech 132x40cm
All the boards have similar construction. The Criminal rounds out the bunch as the cheapest. The Z-series wins hands down for best pad/strap with the Spleene Rip not far behind. The Aboard pads are sick, comfy and solid. I'll try and get some time on all of them while I'm back here so look for a giant board review coming up.

Here are 3 more new boards
Image
Image
From Left to Right: Wainman "Blunt" 130x40.5cm, Best "Spark" 127x39cm, Skywalker "Rider Series" 131x40cm
The Best Spark is the cheapest option in this group and is in the same category as the Jester. The Wainman Blunt is the newcomer to the field and is super light especially when compared to the Skywalker. I would only be concerned with durability since the board is super thin. The Skywalker doesn't offer the flex that the other boards do but is pretty bomber construction. Again I won't jump ahead until I get a chance to ride them all back to back.

Theres a few more boards and other gear I'll be posting in the next few days

Thanks guys, Glad someone noticed my license plate on the car.

Heres a giant stack of the ABoards pads. I think all you have to do is try them on once and you'll want a set. They're that good.

ABoards Atmosphere Bindings

Scott,
They'll fit pretty much everything with a little tweak. I fit them on Crazyfly, Underground, Spleene and a few others after a slight mod.
Heres the pads on a Crazyfly Raptor. You can also get a good look at the candy paint on the Raptor.

Cool. I have been waiting for those. One of my footstraps ripped in half and I need a new one.
I actually waited for these (and didn't ride my TT for over a week) instead of just getting "any pads/straps". :)

Those things are like wearing sneakers. 8)

I'll second the atmosphere pads/straps, recently bought a Z series 133. They are the best I have used on any board, by a large margin.

I couldn't stare at that stack any longer. I put a pair on my brand new UG FLX.

I put them on my crazyfly....had to narrow my stance a bit(.18nanometers) but i think its going to be worth it. I've had a few sessions on them so far and I couldn't be happier. Comfy!

Those pads are sweet! I was tempted to just wear them around the shop all day (ok)

Can anyone compare the Aboards Z Series and the FLX?
Thanks

Haven't ridden the ABoards yet, but have spent a few hours on the new 135 Underground FLX.... don't have the pads and straps for it yet, so set it up with some old pads and straps...the two times I have ridden it, it was light winds......best word to describe the board is "smooth..." Also, very happy with the low end of the 135. Was struggling to stay upwind on my surfboard, and could almost do just as well on the 135... more to follow, when I get more time on it and the actual pads and straps for it..

Thanks for the feedback. Interested in the AB 133x40 or the FLX 132x39. I've owned UG boards in the past and I'm sure I'd be happy there ... although a 132x140 would be best. Had the '07 135x41 and liked it but prefer slightly narrower.
How does the AB-Z compare as far ride, construction weight etc. ?
Thanks
