Need advice. Coming to Jacksonville next week. Just learning Have had 4 lessons.Would like to know best and safest place to go.I do not want to get in anyone's way

if we do get wind, go to Huguenot Park in Jacksonville...inside the pond is probably your best bet

Keep an eye on the wind report. There is wind today, although it probably won't last as another front will bring a good chance of storms tomorrow and through the weekend. Whenever high pressure slides south in between these shortwave troughs that have been pushing down through south Georgia we can get a day or 2 of wind, even in August. The good news is that September is only 1 month away!
