No problem. St. Pete is the bro demo town for the ages. :)
Yeah, I have 4 C kites that are basically worthless that I should have sold.

rode my new 138cm Royal (Underground) all weekend in various conditions and love it! works well in the chop, not bad in waves and is the sh_t in butter. for guys 185lbs and up i think this is a perfect all rounder. i much prefer the Royal graphics to the Underground graphics but that's just me.

Who can I contact to get parts for my 2008 Royal ERA 'iron heart' QR?

I emailed Royal a few weeks ago - no answer.

Any leads would be great, and perhaps an 'exploded view' of the QR parts would be sweet, too.

Which parts? I know we have those replacement springs for the QR but other than that it's going to be tricky. (scratch)

first step, throw in trash.. that is the worst quick release ever. Then buy a new bar from Extreme. From experience, this will be the best manner in which to fix.

I have quite a few working control bars already, but thanks.

I always wanted this 2008 Royal bar
(a metal version of North's 2007 Iron Heart QR with an added locking cam for the safety line).

No offense intended, was not aware of your preference for this bar. You can have mine if you want, just pay for shipping... You really like that QR huh? It really beats the hell outta you when doing anything unhooked. Taken that metal bastard to the face on more than 1 occasion.
