binding bolts keep pulling out on my board.

what do people use to keep them in place, lock - tight?

Not the birth control related thread I was hoping for. oh well, I'll try to answer anyway.
I had this issue with my Underground FLX. Does it happen every session?
Most boards have several holes for footstrap placement options. On my UG I managed to get 2 screws on one side of a footstrap that kept coming out. You can use individual washers or make one long one that spans both.

Use a T Handle screw driver to really torque the screws down. I bought one at Home Depot and haven't had any problems since.
