I normally ride up at Huguenot, but have friends from out of state coming to Orlando. Saturday they want to go to a beach. If a miracle happens and there is wind (not much forecasted), I'm wanting to know where to go. Any locals out there who can give me an idea of where to go either in Daytona or Cocoa Beaches?

My friend used to windsurf, so I know he'd love to see kiteboarding.

Avoid Daytona, for some reason unknown to me it doesn't blow here as good as it does in Cocoa or North of Ormond.

Go to the north side of the pier. Less people away from the main spot. I haven't been there in a year though. Theres a few crazy guys down there but everyone was really nice. Wish I could give you more info but my buddy left for LA last fall.
