Flexifoil is coming to town Saturday, April 15th and staying the weekend. They will be bringing their new kites for 2006, to include the New ION and the Fusions. The ION is their new Bow kite and isn't even out yet... We will be one of the first to try it in the US. The Fusions are their new all around C-shape kite that Aaron Hadlow(World Champ) rides, and our local ripper (Jonathan) rides. They will also have the new foil kites, skateboards, and maybe even their new kiteboard for this year(fingers crossed on that one).

Here is the TENTATIVE schedule:

Saturday:
-10:00am-6:00pm: Demos, demos, demos... Location will be Matanzas Inlet. Feel free to stop by the shop as a meeting point. Lots of gear for everyone to try.
-7:00pm-?? : Grill out and kite movie in the parking lot of our store. Will project a new kite movie on the side of our building

Sunday:
-10:00am-6:00pm: Demos, demos, demos... Location will be Matanzas Inlet.

I have been sitting on the bow fence for a while. It get's pretty confusing comparing the different models and finding out which one will have the best overall durability, safety and performance.
Do you know if the ION will have a 1 or 2 pump system. I have the Flexi Axis bar and think it is great, is the bar on the ION going to be similar?
Is this bow sized 8/12//16 or 9/12? Can't wait for the reviews from the demo.

The IONs will come in 15/12/9/7 sizes. It is one pump. Attached is picture of the bar. We were shipped one on Thursday and it should be here today...got a little breeze out there, so we should get to try it today and take some actual pictures.... more to follow
