Post subject: New to Kite Boarding
PostPosted: Sun Apr 16, 2006 9:02 pm
I'm just about to take the plunge into the kitesurfing seen. I'm trying to find info on what would be best for me. I'm about 150 pounds. I'm looking for a combo of kite and board for less than $700, used is okay. Can anyone give me any advice on what size kite and board to look for?

Flexifoil has a high reputation of creating the all around kite. The strike 2 is the 05 model from felxifoil bringing novice riders a kite enabling them to "grow into". It is a kite for the basic learner but yet the most hardened pro can skip a heart beat on. It relaunches great, flys stable, very affordable, and is built bomb proof. Flexifoil is one of the only kite companies to have minimal bladder problems down the line after use. For your first kite you want something right smack dab in the middle of the wind range. I am selling two used strike 2's a 13m and 21m. These kites would be excellent to start your quiver. The 13 is is great shape and the 21 was realeased post 2005 basically making it an 2006 kite at a closeout price. These kites combined were retailed over 2500 dollars! The 13 m is selling at 449 and the 21 at 549.
If you are interested give me a call and i will work with you 904-814-2361
