What's goin on Pat my bro is lookin at getting the 16m HIR and I told him about how much pull the 13m has I was never able to try out the 16m to see if it had the crazy pull that the 13 had in about 10mph of wind. I rode Toast's 13m before and it was sick. Best is selling there HIR's for like 799 complete and I said Best is gay and to call up yall so i'm sure i'll be calling soon to see what you got. Do you have any used HIR's in the shop maybe 13 or 16 meter.

We don't have any used HIRs, but we do have all brand new HIRs and Type7's for 40% off right now. So, a 16m or 13m should be less than $799. The new 2007 RRD stuff is coming soon, so we are clearing out all remaining 2006 kites and boards.

Can you really get full depower on the HIR's?

with the normal 5th line bar and line set, you aren't going to get 100% depower. You can use the Type Wave bar and line set to get 100% depower, but it doesn't really work that well in overpowered conditions. You need that 5th line for overpowered conditions with the HIR. For the Type 7, no problem at all. 100% depower.
