Just wanted to thank EK (and Best) for getting me a new replacement LE bladder for my 13m Waroo free of charge. This is about the 3rd LE bladder Best and EK has given me over the last 3 years, each time was quick and free of charge. (I self land... A LOT ..... on sand spurs (scratch) ....... but shhhh.......)

It's much appreciated, and the main reason I chose to ride Waroos - the knowledge of the great customer support from EK/Best team in addition to the performance/price of the kite. I had witnessed Best do the same for others for years before finally switching to the "dark side" (outdated term used back then) and now know it was a wise choice.

Thanks again to the Best/EK guys. :)

Hey,

Do you think you could get me one for my kite? I would think the warranty still should be good.

Give us a ring at the shop later and we'll see what we can do for you. Not sure about the warranty option but at the very least we have a guy who can do a professional repair, good as new, and the new orange Airtime bladders are insane. We are open 10-6 today - 904-461-9415. Ask for Eddie or Daryl and we will get you sorted.

Hey,

That is an 2006 (I was not serious about the warranty). I cannot complain as it is the kite I started on and I know they did not do a good job with the stitching back then.
.
It burst on me on July 4th weekend and what a sound it made when it blew. Pretty funny feeling when the kite goes limp and I was lucky to be close to shore and no long swim in.

I think it is time for a replacement; however, I do not want to waste this kite. I guess it could be a great kite to sell to a newbie for the learning curve.

I hope to stop by and see you all tomorrow.
