This Saturday, July 4th 2009 Ocean Extreme Sports will sponsor a SUP demo from 8-10 a.m. at A Street in St. Augustine Beach. We will have the Starboard 9'0"x30" Stinger, 9'8"x30" Element, 11'2"x30" Blend, and 12'0"x32" Big Easy as well as a 10'10" Vec SUP with C4 paddles. All SUP boards will be available for rental afterwards at the beach or back at the store by the 1/2 day, full day, multi-day or week. With small glassy waves in the forecast it should be the perfect day to try out the new equipment. Tell your friends!

We had a few people come out last weekend, but it would be nice to have more. So we are going to do it again Saturday morning as long as all of the demo boards have not been rented. 8-10 a.m. at Ocean Trace Rd. this time since it is closer to the shop.

Gonna keep it rolling. We have had alot of fun letting people try the new SUPs, so again this Saturday at Ocean Trace from 8-10 a.m. we will have a SUP demo. Come try out some of the new equipment and let's ride some waves!

My friend Derek and I have been working on a SUP workout lately, and today was pretty cool. Basically it involves paddling down the beach 1/2 mile or so, and doing some situps, crunches, leg lifts, squats and push ups on the board sitting outside the break. Sounds easy enough right? We are going to make it our standard Saturday morning wakeup call - 8-10 a.m. at Ocean Trace on the beach. Give me a ring or send a private message if you want to attend. We have a couple of demo boards available on a first come first serve basis.
