Does the 2007 Waroo 3m use battens in the kite and does it use
pulleys in the bridle like the larger 2007 waroo's. I purchased a
3m and it has neither. The manual cd was for 2007 waroo's and does't
distinguish any difference between 3m and larger kites.

I'm pretty sure the 3m doesn't have battens because the 5m doesn't. My guess is that it's just too small to need them. As far as the pulleys go, I'm not sure but I know there are people on this board that have one or have flown one. The 3m is intended for training use only. Over Halloween we had one out on the water and it was pretty funny to watch.

The 3 m does not have pulleys but flies just like the full size kites and in 40mph wind is a hoot on the water. Described as a "bumble bee on fire"
